The main entrance is directly on the first floor, where we are greeted by a bright entrance hall leading to a large living room with fireplace, the heart of the house, where one can spend pleasant moments in the company of friends in the colder seasons. The living area continues with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, designed for those who love to cook and share meals in a family atmosphere.

Also on this floor are two bedrooms: a double room, quiet and well furnished, and two triple rooms, spacious and versatile, perfect for children or for hosting friends. Completing the floor are two bathrooms with shower, comfortable and well distributed, designed to offer practicality even for larger groups.
