La Villa Dell'Olio hugging the hills of the Mediterranean countryside, this traditional rustic style villa is surrounded by olive groves and perched on a hill in the quaint village of Sant'Agata.

The quaint village of Sant'Agata sui due Golfi is a few steps from the villa and offers several excellent family-run restaurants, ice cream shops, fresh pasta shops, fruit and vegetable shops, mini-markets, bakeries, butchers and fishmongers, bars and pub. Secure parking is available for up to 2 medium-sized vehicles. A smaller vehicle is recommended for villa stays.

Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, and Capri are all within easy reach on a day trip, or you could visit must-see attractions including Pompeii or Herculaneum. If you are an avid walker, there are many paths to appreciate the beauty of the natural environment, ranging from gentle walks to more strenuous hikes. The magnificent beach coves of Nerano and Marina del Cantone are all in the immediate vicinity of the villa.

Perfect if you are traveling with friends, or as a family with children and are looking for a quiet, spacious place to spend time at home relaxing by the pool, in the garden or with friends over a game of billiards. Alternatively you can optimize the villa's ideal location which gives you the opportunity to explore the local area with ease.

Light and airy, La Villa Dell'Olio is split over two levels.
Ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen, dining area and separate living room with entrance to a pool / billiard room which is an ideal space to enjoy time with friends and family. Each room has a separate entrance leading onto a large terraced garden perfect for alfresco dining on those balmy summer nights. Also on the ground floor there are two bathrooms, one internal with bathtub and an external bathroom with toilet and shower accessible from the pool / garden area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, gas hob, toaster, kettle, fridge and all the utensils needed to ensure that the seasonal organic produce you find in the local fruit and vegetable shop can be transformed into an extraordinary meal. Adjacent to the kitchen via a small arch is the dining room with stairs leading to the upper level. Continuing in an L-direction from the dining room is the lounge area with large flat screen TV.

First Floor: Three good sized bedrooms: a double bedroom with a double bed and adequate wardrobe space, a single king bedroom and a third bedroom with three single beds which opens onto a large panoramic terrace. The main bathroom is also located on this level.
