The house is surrounded by spacious terraces and a fenced private garden on three sides, ideal for sunbathing, reading in the shade, dining outdoors, or cooling off in the mini pool (4m x 2m, depth 0.9m) after a day exploring Rome.

Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find supermarkets, cafés, traditional restaurants, and bus and train stops. The nearest bus stop (lines 505, 507, 515, 551, N551) is about a 5-minute walk, and the Anagnina metro station (Line A) is a 5-minute bus journey away, offering direct access to the city center. Ciampino train station (FL4 and FL6 lines) is approximately 15 minutes away by bus (line 515), with direct connections to Rome Termini and the Castelli Romani area.

Second floor: large room with double sofabed, sitting area with desk and armchairs, bathroom with shower (wc, bidet, sink). Possibility to add an additional single folding bed upon request.
