Two covered verandas are furnished with sofas, armchairs, and a dining table with chairs, allowing guests to enjoy outdoor meals in the shade, cooled by ceiling fans. A barbecue area is located nearby. By the pool, there is a separate pool house with a changing room and a bathroom with shower. The property offers private parking for up to five cars and is equipped with a video surveillance system and a perimeter alarm.

The beach can be reached conveniently through an underpass leading directly to the lakefront and its equipped beach club. In the surrounding area, guests can enjoy horse riding, tennis, golf, and cycling along the many bike paths. Nearby it is also possible to rent scooters, bicycles, e-bikes, and motorboats.
