The residence, with a beautiful shared pool, is located in the historic center of Monteprandone, a medieval fortress overlooking the Adriatic Sea. It was created from the renovation of 16th-century buildings. It is located on a hill overlooking the sea on the border between the Marche and Abruzzo regions in central Italy, just 4 km from the beaches of the renowned seaside resort of San Benedetto del Tronto. The residence offers a characteristic common room with billiards. The apartments are on the third floor (elevator). The area is famous for its production of quality olive oil and fine wines. Stuffed olives (olive all'ascolana) are one of the most celebrated culinary specialties of the Marche region. The area offers cycling trails through the hills and along the coast. Art cities such as Ascoli Piceno (32 km) and lively coastal towns such as Pescara (75 km) are easily accessible. It's the ideal place for a holiday dedicated to relaxation, nature, and the sea.
