The property also features a splendid shared pool, complete with outdoor shower and sun terrace with armchairs and four sun loungers reserved for guests, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Sicilian sun. The outdoor spaces are completed by a private patio with table and chairs, perfect for peaceful moments.

Near the property, the owner has created a small fenced zoo, a pleasant attraction especially for children. Here guests can admire various animals, including horses, swans, geese and peacocks, enjoying an experience immersed in nature.


The strategic location a few kilometers from Chiaramonte Gulfi, a charming Sicilian village known for its historical and cultural heritage and its distinctive pine forest, ideal for walks and excursions in nature. Furthermore, some of the most fascinating destinations in southeastern and eastern Sicily can be easily reached, including Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Comiso, Syracuse and Catania.

Living area with equipped kitchen and TV corner. One double bedroom with air conditioning (hot/cold) and one bedroom with bunk beds. A single sofa bed is available in the living room for the 5th guest. Full bathroom with shower. Shared laundry facilities.
