Il Favollo

Il Favollo – a semi-detached villa with a private entrance and private garden, located in an exclusive area of Marina di Ragusa, just 20 meters from the sea and 100 meters from the Tourist Port. The house offers welcoming interiors and outdoor spaces designed for a relaxing and carefree holiday.

The spacious semi-covered veranda, surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden, is the heart of the property. Here you can enjoy pleasant moments outdoors, have lunch and dinner with family and friends, relax in the outdoor lounge area, or prepare delicious barbecues thanks to the fully equipped outdoor kitchen and barbecue area. For maximum comfort, a practical outdoor bathroom with shower is also available.

From the property, guests can admire the crystal-clear sea and the stunning sunsets that paint the sky along the Ragusa coastline. Just a few steps from the villa, a scenic cycling path runs alongside the coast, ideal for relaxing walks or bike rides. Guests can use the bicycles provided free of charge by the owner to explore the seafront and the center of Marina di Ragusa.

The strategic location of the house allows easy access to some of the most fascinating Baroque towns in south-eastern Sicily, including Ragusa Ibla, Modica, and Scicli, all UNESCO World Heritage Sites. From the nearby Tourist Port, guests can also take a hydrofoil to the island of Malta and enjoy an unforgettable experience in the heart of the Mediterranean.

Bed linen and towels are available upon request at a cost of €10.00 per person.

The living area consists of a bright open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen and living room, featuring all the main modern comforts for a practical and relaxing stay. The property offers two double bedrooms and a third bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom is complete with a shower. Air conditioning is available in the hallway (heating/cooling).
