An ideal base for exploring the surrounding attractions, from the beaches of the Livorno coast to Volterra and Pisa, all the way to Florence. Strategically located close to Pisa Airport and the ferry terminal in Livorno.

Just a three-minute walk away is Piazza Garibaldi, the heart of Casciana Terme, with its charming café. The town offers several restaurants, a herbal shop, a family-run bakery, an excellent gelateria, and swimming pools fed by the famous thermal waters of Casciana Terme. A small supermarket, a weekly food market, and a pharmacy are also within walking distance.

This charming Tuscan hill town is an ideal starting point for day trips by car to many fascinating destinations, including Pisa (30 minutes), Volterra (40 minutes), Lucca (45 minutes), San Gimignano (60 minutes), and Florence (60 minutes). Equipped with air conditioning, the apartment features two double bedrooms and a spacious living room/kitchen with a sofa bed, accommodating up to 5 guests in total. One of the bedrooms includes a desk suitable for smart working. The renovated bathroom has a large shower; there is no bidet.
