This cozy two-story house is located near the picturesque village of Collodi, famous for the story of Pinocchio. The property offers spacious interiors, ideal for families or groups of friends, and retains the typical charm of Tuscan homes.

Situated in a quiet and easily accessible area, it is perfect for those who wish to explore the Tuscan countryside.

The house has a small private outdoor space, furnished with a table and chairs.

Next to the Pinocchio Park, you’ll find the magnificent Garzoni Garden, one of the most beautiful Baroque gardens in Italy, with terraces, fountains, statues, and flowers — perfect for a relaxing walk. Inside the garden, there is also the fascinating Butterfly House, a tropical greenhouse inhabited by exotic butterflies.

You can then climb up to the medieval village of Collodi Alto, with its stone alleys, ancient houses, and the church of San Bartolomeo, which offers a splendid view of the hills. After the visit, you can enjoy typical Tuscan dishes in one of the village trattorias or nearby, with local specialties and excellent wines.

For nature and sports lovers, the surrounding area also offers trails for trekking and hikes among olive groves and vineyards, or trips to the nearby art cities of Lucca and Pistoia.

The house features a spacious living room furnished with comfortable sofas, ideal for moments of relaxation and conviviality. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy excellent meals together. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower on the first floor and another, also with a shower, on the ground floor — practical and functional for both guests and family.
