About 200 metres from the sea of Forte dei Marmi is this delightful detached house characterised by an outdoor courtyard paved in stone and fenced in. The outdoor area is furnished with a table, chairs and sun umbrella, 2 sun loungers, a slightly raised terrace with armchairs and a small table, and a fountain: perfect for reading a book outside or having an aperitif at sunset.

The centre of Forte dei Marmi is about 500m away and is famous for its elegant and well-maintained beaches. Stroll along the Forte dei Marmi Pier, an iconic structure with breathtaking views of the sea and the Apuan Alps.
Admire the sculptures and modern artworks scattered around the centre. Take a trekking trip to the Apuan Alps or a visit to the famous Carrara marble quarries. If you have more time, consider excursions in the surroundings, such as a visit to Pietrasanta, Lucca or the Cinque Terre.

Parking is available on site (for motorbikes or bicycles) or free car parking along the road. Animals are welcome.

At the entrance we find the living room equipped with a kitchenette with all the necessary utensils such as toaster, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, television and table for dining together.

The sleeping area has a double bedroom with 4 beds: a double bed and a bunk bed.

The bathroom has a shower.

The house is air-conditioned in the living room and in the bedroom. Internet wifi is available for guests. Outside there is a washing machine.
