It is immersed in nature within a large estate and is well connected to places of interest such as Siena (26min), Florence (1h) and the nearby villages of Castellina in Chianti or Monteriggioni or San Gimignano, offering the possibility to easily explore the Chianti region and Tuscany.

Guests have access to a garden and furnished outdoor spaces, a loggia with barbecue and a private fenced swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers and with a unique panoramic view.

The accommodation has its origins as an ancient oratory and dates back to the 1500's, later restored and transformed with elegance and care into the rural residence it is today. The property belongs to a noble and ancient Tuscan family that has been able to enhance this beautiful estate in many ways from the famous wine production to the hospitality. In fact, it is possible to organise guided tours with tastings of the medieval wine cellar with home-made wine and olive oil and to purchase typical products (to be requested at the time of booking for a fee).

On the first floor we find the sleeping area: the bedrooms, all furnished with taste and attention to detail, comprise 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin, offering ample space for every need. The bathrooms with shower are modern and functional, guaranteeing maximum comfort for each guest. There is a living room with a fireplace.

The nearby annex has a living room furnished with a kitchenette and 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower.

Outside, a fantastic barbecue is available for outdoor cooking and enjoying summer evenings with friends. A furnished annex, with a large brick table and barbecue, is perfect for convivial lunches and dinners outdoors, immersed in the tranquillity of the countryside.

In addition, satellite TV is present to provide entertainment and comfort for those who wish to relax at any time of the day. Every detail of this property is designed to offer maximum comfort, convenience and relaxation, making it the ideal choice for a truly special holiday.
