The stone building has an internal courtyard for outdoor dining. A brick staircase leads to the loggia that connects the two living rooms of the villa. The largest with fireplace and both with kitchenette. 3 double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The furnishings include many antique furniture and paintings as well as modern living rooms.
Outside, lawns equipped with chairs, deck chairs, umbrellas. A little further down there are the two swimming pools, the tennis court and the equipped parks of the Fattoria del Colle which can be used in common with the other guests of the farmhouse.
Inside the farm buildings there are the agritourism restaurant, cellar with a Brunello, Chianti, Orcia Doc wine point of sale, a relaxation area with wine therapy, tennis, and the starting point of the daily activities, here is also available the Wi-Fi connection. fi

Living / dining room with kitchenette, 1 double bedroom with bathroom (shower), 1 twin bedded room with bathroom. Autonomous heating.

SAN CHIMENTO
Ideal for 6 people.
About 72 square meters. Isolated house 200 m from the swimming pools. Entrance from the courtyard with external staircase leading to the first floor, large fireplace, partially terracotta floor, wooden beam, rustic furniture. Small outdoor area with table and chairs in the courtyard. Living / dining room with fireplace and kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms (shower). Independent heating (living room only + a double bedroom.)
