Villa Subtilia - Tenuta Di Murlo, Umbria

Situated on a picturesque hilltop, Villa Subtilia is an architectural jewel dating back to the 17th century. It consists of a beautiful main villa and a charming flat. Thanks to its privileged location, guests can enjoy unparalleled views of the majestic medieval castle of Antognolla and the surrounding 18-hole international golf course.

The exterior of Villa Subtilia features a fabulous private infinity pool (15 x 7 m), heatable on request, separate whirlpool for 8 persons with a view (not heatable separately from the rest of the pool). Surrounding area furnished with sun loungers and a small adjoining cottage for your comfort. Jacuzzi for 4 persons, always heated. Panoramic terraces with table and chairs in front of the main villa, flat and cottage.
Full gardening and pool cleaning service.

There is also a table for 12 people under the elegant gazebo for outdoor dining and barbecues for guests. Table tennis on request. The outdoor area is private and fenced with private parking.

You will find soaps, shampoos, body lotion and shower caps in each bathroom on site. Plus a welcome kit with bottled water, coffee powder, tea, sugar, table and cooking salt, olive oil and coffee capsules on arrival.

We strongly advise our guests to bring their own car to get around the estate and to drive in and out independently during their stay. Please also note that sports cars and other vehicles with reduced height are not suitable for the estate's dirt roads. If you do not have your own vehicle, all travel, including travel to and from the airport, must be organised at the estate.

Our guests can in fact request various services during their stay such as breakfast/lunch/dinner deliveries in the villa from our restaurant Il Caldaro, cooking classes, wine tastings, dinners in the villa with chef and waiter, massages and beauty treatments in the villa, Pilates or yoga classes, wine tours, mountain bike hire (including electric) for tours of the Estate, guided sightseeing tours of the most beautiful Umbrian towns all within 20-30 minutes from the Estate. Villa Subtilia is a luxury retreat offering a cosy atmosphere and a combination of modern amenities and traditional decorative details.

It is divided into two separate units, each of which is equally elegant and cosy. The main villa houses a spacious living and dining room where you can gather with family or friends, a fully equipped kitchen that allows you to prepare delicious meals, and a laundry room for your convenience.

The bedrooms are distributed between the sumptuous main villa and the cosy flat. Within the main villa, there are three elegant bedrooms with luxurious king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, while three other bedrooms offer two comfortable single beds each, one of which has an en-suite bathroom.

In the charming flat, there are two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, a tastefully furnished living room and a spacious kitchen that opens onto a panoramic terrace, offering breathtaking views.
