Guests can enjoy the warmth of the morning sun as the gentle sound of the stream envelops them, sipping their coffee before venturing out on pleasant walks to discover the natural pools and waterfalls in the immediate vicinity.

The outdoor area is in fact characterised by a beautiful garden where you will find a private heated swimming pool (5.90 x 11 m), and sun loungers and deckchairs to relax in. Guests can retreat to relax in the private whirlpool bath, located in the heart of an old mill dating back to the 13th century, under the striking vaults of the building. Private sauna.

Villa Molinella cannot accommodate children under 14, nor pets, for insurance and safety reasons related to the indoor spa and the proximity to the stream.

We strongly advise our guests to bring their own car to get around the estate and to drive in and out independently during their stay. Please also note that sports cars and other vehicles with reduced height are not suitable for the estate's dirt roads. If you do not have your own vehicle, all travel, including travel to and from the airport, must be organised at the estate.

The villa has two luxurious super king-size bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridges, oven and microwave, and offers a flat-screen TV with satellite channels for entertainment. In addition, you will find a Bluetooth music box to create the desired atmosphere.

The wellness area boasts a private jacuzzi in the 12th-century vault with direct access from the living room and a view of the river. Private sauna.

The villa has a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board for daily needs. High-speed Internet access is available throughout the villa, in the garden and pool area to stay connected.
