Historic 19th-century house surrounded by the peace and quiet of the countryside, with a large garden full of plants and flowers. We are just 2 km from the sea and 7 km from Chioggia, from where you can easily reach Venice, even by boat.

From here, you can choose a different beach every day: Isola Verde, Sottomarina or Rosolina. A cycle path connecting Turin to Venice also passes close to the house, along with many other routes to explore on foot or by bike, following riverbanks and winding between freshwater and saltwater canals.

The house is also ideally located for visiting some of northern Italy's most beautiful cities of art: Padua is 40 km away, while Vicenza, Treviso and Ferrara are around 70 km away. This means you can discover a different place every day and return in the evening to the peace and quiet of the countryside, enjoying dinner in the garden — a barbecue is available for guests — under a starry sky and cooled by the sea breeze.

Although the garden borders the owners' garden, it is completely independent and reserved exclusively for guests. Guests also have access to table football, table tennis and a basketball hoop.

The garden is at the heart of the house. In the shade of the large maritime pine, surrounded by flowers and greenery, you can relax on the sun loungers, soak up the sun and enjoy complete privacy.

From Chioggia, you can also take the vaporetto to the island of Pellestrina, an unspoilt destination with many small beaches where you can swim.

This house is therefore an excellent holiday choice not only in summer, thanks to the nearby beaches, lagoon excursions and boat trips along the Po Delta, but also during the other seasons — or even on a rainy day — thanks to the many things to see and do in the surrounding area.

The house is reached via an approximately 800-metre unpaved road, which is easy to drive along with no particular difficulties.

The house is a semi-detached property arranged over two floors, connected by an internal staircase. The thick walls help keep the house naturally cool even during the summer. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen with direct access to the veranda, a living room, a bathroom with shower, and the first bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available in the hallway.
