A cozy mountain house at 1,000 meters above sea level, located in a quiet residential hamlet on Mount Nevegal, bordering only on one side with adjacent properties, with which it shares the large outdoor spaces.
The location is ideal for those seeking nature and relaxation without feeling isolated, and it’s perfect for alternating days between woods and trails with visits to nearby cities: 13 km from Belluno, 70 km from Cortina, 80 km from Treviso, 100 km from Venice (easily reachable by train).
In summer, the surrounding slopes offer over 100 km of trails for trekking, mountain biking, and downhill, while in winter, in snowy years, the ski slopes offer splendid views and are perfect for families.
Besides skiing and snowshoeing, in other seasons Nevegal invites you to stroll through its woods and meadows, and it also serves as a perfect base to explore the surroundings: excursions in the Cansiglio Forest, days at Lake Santa Croce (just 15 km away), where you can practice water sports such as windsurfing and kitesurfing or go paragliding from Alpago, trips to the Prosecco Hills (a UNESCO World Heritage site), not to mention Cortina and the other Dolomite destinations with their breathtaking views.

The house is spread over three floors: on the ground floor you will find the kitchen and the living room; on the first floor, reached by a steep staircase, there are two bedrooms – one with bunk beds and one with a double bed – as well as a bathroom with shower and a terrace perfect for relaxing. The tavern, heated by a wood stove, is the ideal place to gather for dinner and enjoy a glass of wine after a day of adventures. The garden is shared, but each house has its own adjacent space where you can relax on the deck chairs.
