La Castellanella

In the heart of Puglia, at the gates of the Itria Valley and a few kilometers from enchanting and unique villages in the world such as Alberobello, Cisternino, Polignano a Mare, the property can accommodate up to 8 people in its 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The view from the outside is fascinating with the complex that recalls the typical buildings of the area: the trulli. The swimming pool is located in the center of a stone paved solarium with deck chairs and sun loungers and a gazebo where there is also a table where you can enjoy aperitifs and cocktails or spend a few carefree hours perhaps reading a good book or sipping a local wine.
The house is surrounded by a countryside planted with olive trees with large green meadows on which the pink and white stone buildings stand. Also outside, in addition to the large solarium area, there is a barbecue area with a wood oven and a pergola connected directly to the kitchen. The villa is also served by a private parking area.
Not far from here there are many things to see, starting from the Castellana Caves, a unique spectacle in the world with a complete path of over 3 kilometers. Then the Madonna della Vetrana sanctuary, the church of San Leone Magno and, for the little ones, the dinosaur park.

Interior Description

Looking at it from above you will notice three trulli inside which you will find charming hospitality made up of very liveable spaces. Next to them other more traditional structures that house the other rooms of the house such as the fully furnished and very original kitchen with the wooden roof covering and the windows overlooking the pool, a nice table for 8 people, traditional 5-person hob. stove, convection oven, toaster, double bowl sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and many pantry spaces. The openings on this side of the house also overlook a large and very liveable covered patio where you can sit down on a large wicker corner sofa where you will be welcomed in an atmosphere of relaxation and carefree. The house also houses a large dining room with table and chairs for 8 people which can also be used as a living room thanks to the presence of a comfortable sofa and a TV corner. There is also a sitting area with armchairs and a fireplace, a sort of refuge on colder days. Furniture in style, starting from the wrought iron beds, and vaulted ceilings make the interiors really full of charm.
