Description
A stone's throw from the center of the white city of Ostuni, and a few kilometers from the Costa Merlata, the house is a comfortable home where the blue of the sky, the green of the olive trees and the red of the rich land of Puglia meet.

In the surroundings you will find several beaches. Among the best known is the free one of Plaia, the bay of Camerini but also the Costa Merlata, Cala Diana and Torre Pozzelle. The Torre Guaceto nature reserve, for lovers of the environment, is only 17 kilometers away. The center of Ostuni is about one kilometer away.
Interior Description
Inside, however, you will be greeted by a lovely living room with stone arched walls and ceilings, equipped with a fireplace and a large leather corner sofa. You will feel enveloped in the embrace of one of the typical houses of the area. The large room will also reserve a pleasant corner bar.
An arched entrance connects to the kitchen and dining room. The first is equipped with everything you need: five-burner hob, oven, double sink, dishwasher, microwave, extractor hood, crockery, cutlery and a table for 8 people. In the kitchen you will also find a fireplace, chest of drawers and solid wood furniture.
In the sleeping area you will feel at ease in large and bright rooms. The house also has a lovely terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside.
