This home is a corner of Paradise overlooking the Sorrento coast, surrounded by nature and with an incomparable view of the Gulf of Naples dominated by Vesuvius, where hospitality is truly at home.

The building dominates the coast ensuring absolute privacy and confidentiality. It is accessed through a paved garden where lemon trees, grapefruits, banana trees and palm trees will welcome you.
From the veranda, and from almost all the other rooms on the ground floor, you can access the outdoor spaces. Dive into the beautiful swimming pool measuring 9 meters long by 4 meters wide and 1.25 meters deep and, therefore, also suitable for children. Or, if you prefer, relax in the entire surrounding area equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers.
The outdoor spaces, in the entrance area of the house, also offer a nice parking lot.

Attractions

The house is in a strategic position: Sorrento is 15 minutes from you, Positano 25 minutes. You can walk to the Circumvesuviana station of Seiano thanks to which in a few minutes you will be in Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples. Vico Equense is 1.5 km away and can be reached either on foot or by public transport. Less than a kilometer away you will find the Marina di Seiano with numerous beaches, both free and private, fresh fish restaurants, pizzerias and clubs with a nice nightlife.

Interior Description

Arranged on two floors, with a total area of ​​over 350 square meters, it guarantees very large and particularly bright spaces capable of comfortably accommodating up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms. 5 bathrooms are present.

The living room leads to the veranda, which resembles the prow of a ship, where you can sit and glance at the sea. From here you will admire the grandeur of Vesuvius and get lost in the colors of the Gulf of Naples. The area is equipped with a wood-fired pizza oven and barbecue area along with tables, chairs, a sofa and a Bluetooth audio system. In the living area there is also a refined kitchen with a Brazilian black marble top. In addition to everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners for your company, it is equipped with an electric oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, coffee grinder, dishwasher, five-burner hob, fridge and freezer.

Going up to the sleeping area floor, on the other hand, you will find 3 double bedrooms, each with a private furnished terrace, king size bed and a very luxurious bathroom, and a suite, which, with its whirlpool tub, is the largest of the four rooms of the Villa. . The suite is divided into two areas: a private living room with a double sofa bed and with private bathroom and the master bedroom.

Each room boasts a particularity: copper works that act as the headboard of the bed, walls decorated with paintings that recall great artists, ancient Roman vases used as furnishings, travertine marble bathrooms and much more.
