One kilometer away you will find the beautiful beach of Capo d’Orlando, 2 that of San Gregorio, 6 that of Brolo and less than 10 that of Gliaca.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms and is equipped with 3 bathrooms. Arranged over two floors, it has a large living room, a study with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom and a kitchen with bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs the rest of the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The large living room, with sofas, armchairs and a beautiful brick fireplace, will be your refuge during indoor breaks where you can entertain yourself for convivial moments or for a simple chat. In reality, the large open space, with French windows opening onto the outside, also houses a comfortable dining room that is connected to the kitchen equipped with everything: traditional four-burner hob, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. On the ground floor you will find a place of absolute privacy in the study, a room in the house which is enriched by a well-stocked library.
