The villa is arranged over three levels. On the ground floor, there is an elegant tavern featuring a wine cellar, wood-burning fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. The intermediate floor offers a bright open-plan living area with sea views, a sofa bed, dining area, panoramic terrace, and a second modern fully equipped kitchen. This level also includes a bedroom with a private bathroom. The upper floor hosts two spacious double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in showers.
