Descriptif
Le Bourg est entièrement entouré d'oliviers et offre une vue spectaculaire sur les collines et les vignobles typiques de cette région, connue dans le monde entier pour l’excellent vin qui est produit.
Les récentes rénovations n’ont aucunement altéré le style rustique toscan typique, qui est encore visible dans tous les appartements, avec ses sols en terre cuite et ses plafonds avec poutres en bois et briques apparentes.
Tous les appartements sont équipés d'une cuisine complète avec four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et télévision par satellite.
La magnifique piscine avec jacuzzi à l'intérieur (21,00m. x 7,00m. prof. 1,50-1,70) est à usage commun, partagée par les occupants des appartements.
Il n'y a pas de service de réception à l'hôtel. Les clients seront contactés par e-mail pour l'enregistrement en ligne.
Il y a une borne de recharge pour voitures électriques dans la structure, merci de nous prévenir à l'avance si nécessaire.
L'établissement est placé sous surveillance vidéo pour la sécurité des clients. Les caméras sont orientées vers l'extérieur, en évitant les jardins privés, afin de ne pas porter atteinte à la vie privée des hôtes. Les vidéos seront utilisées en cas de dommages causés aux biens ou aux personnes par des hôtes ou des tiers.

Everything was amazing! Excellent price-value ratio. The view was gorgeous and it was super peaceful next to the beautiful pool! I wish we have stayed longer, I recommend 1000%!!! Thank you to all of you, especially Samatha and Letizia!!
Wij hadden een heel leuk verblijf. Heel rustige omgeving, mooi zwembad. Alles was voorzien in het huis. De indeling van de huisjes zorgt ervoor dat je voldoende privacy hebt. De foto’s op de site geven een duidelijk beeld van wat je mag verwachten.
Nice little house in the Tuscan fields. Short drive to Siena and supermarket. Lovely garden and pool. The apartment was as described and well equipped. Good communication and flexible check in times.

Posto meraviglioso in mezzo alle colline, con una piscina che ti permette di rilassarti al 100%. Pet friendly quindi ho potuto portare con me il mio amico fedele. Consigliatissimo!
Perfect base for exploring Tuscany around Siena and in Val D'Orcia. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the apartment was very spacious and clean. Communication was excellent. We would absolutely come back!

Samantha was quick to respond and helpful with questions we asked. We had 1 year old twin babies with us and we’re given a two bed villa that easily accommodated our needs. They provided two cots and two high chairs all were clean and well kept. It was lovely to arrive late in the evening to find out cots set up with sheets so all we had to do was put the kids down. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We would come back again

We loved our stay here very much. Really easy to drive into Siena or visit the vineyards. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing at the pool. The staff were all very friendly too. Couldn’t have asked for more

Great clean and spacious apartment with phenomenal views over the Tuscan hills from the pool area! Very well-maintained property with a common charcoal bbq and cute seating area. Letizia at reception was extremely helpful with everything we needed, from lining up early morning airport transfers, showing where to park in town, and providing some cooking essentials that we forgot to purchase at the supermarket. I would recommend guests to bring bug spray, as the mosquitoes come out in the evening if you plan to eat outside and enjoy the view.
We really enjoyed our stay. The appartments are big and nice, also the pool and the garden. It is close to Sienna, about 10 min with the car. We can defently recommend this appartment and would come back again.
Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer idyllischen Lage in der Nähe von Siena. Besser kann man sich das Anwesen mit seinem infinity Pool nicht vorstellen. Gerne werden wir wieder kommen

Everything was perfect - fast check in, good communication with the host and apartment itself was a great value for money with Italian vibe. Well located, in close proximity to Siena or Chianti.
We had a very nice stay at Rocche di Valiano. Our unit (Papavero) was large and comfortable- perfect for a family of 5 or 6. The shared pool was great, with spectacular views of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The rural property is a 10 minute drive from Siena, where grocery stores and restaurants can be found.
Posizione strategica e posto stupendo. Letizia e Luca persone eccezionali che danno ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare bene. Ci ritorneremo!

Excelente apartamento, con mucho espacio, buenas vistas, muy limpio, muy tranquilo y bien ubicado cerca de Siena. La piscina es increíble.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à le Rocche de Valiano, cadre superbe paysage piscine au calme...Très bon accueil par Letizia et Lucca. A 15 minutes de Sienne en voiture bon point de départ pour découvrir la région de la Toscane, plus particulièrement le Chianti. Plusieurs itinéraires thématiques proposés par nos hôtes
Super cute! Just outside of Siena but well within reach by car. Pool and view are both amazing. Apartments are taken care of and the hostess is simply amazing.
Perfect place to stay!! Very good welcome and explanation/info at the arrival, Big house, quiet garden, perfect place to rest, perfect place to visit the area, Chianti wine routes, etc… Super that there was airco & that you can wash your laundry. Regret that we only stayed 3 days. We will come back for a longer period

Mooie rustige omgeving op een boogscheut van Siena. Gezellig Toscaans appartement met een super mooi zwembad met uitzicht op het glooiende landschap. Ook al zijn er meerdere appartementen, toch heel rustig met eigen tuintje. Ruime veilige parking. Super vriendelijke ontvangst en heel hulpvaardige uitbaters die je een echt vakantiegevoel bezorgen. Ideale uitvalbasis om Toscane te ontdekken en ter plaatse uit te rusten en te genieten.
