Villa Prestige '50

Villa Prestige '50 is strategically located on the island of Capri and is furnished in the classic 1950s style with luxurious period furniture. The Villa is just a short walk from the famous Piazzetta and less than 10 minutes on foot from Marina Piccola beach.
The beautifully maintained gardens cover an area of approximately 500 square meters and feature various Mediterranean plants. The villa, divided into two independent levels connected by a shared garden, consists of four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms, a dining room, and a panoramic terrace, making it an ideal retreat for large families and/or groups of friends.
Villa Prestige '50 has hosted some of the most famous parties ever held on the island of Capri and is a symbol of luxury, privacy, and exclusivity. It is located just ten minutes’ walk from “La Piazzetta,” the historic square in the center of Capri, and at the same distance (10 minutes) from the beach of Marina Piccola. Just 300 meters from the property you’ll find a small supermarket and a local restaurant, while all main services such as banks, bars, and boutiques are located in the center of Capri.
Getting around the island is simple: besides walking, there is a bus stop very close to the villa, and taxis are available throughout the island.

At Villa Prestige '50 – Ground Floor
Through the corridor, you enter the spacious living room, featuring vaulted ceilings, sofas, and French doors that open onto the furnished terrace overlooking the splendid sea view. Directly behind the main living room, a series of arches and columns lead to the dining room, which can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests around a luxurious antique wooden table. Adjacent to the main lounge, there is also a cozy TV room with sofas, which also provides access to the bright terrace.

The kitchen is spacious and elegantly decorated with finely hand-painted tiles crafted by local artisans. It is fully equipped with all necessary utensils, including a five-burner stovetop, oven, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher.

There is also a separate bathroom with a washing machine, sink, and all cleaning essentials.

Bedrooms – Upper Level
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests in four double bedrooms. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom is generously sized and features a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom decorated with a bathtub. Through a series of glass doors, guests have direct access to the main terrace and gardens. The second bedroom also includes a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. From its window, guests can admire the villa’s lush gardens.

The Dependence
Passing through the lush gardens and down a wide staircase, you reach the entrance to the dependence. This independent apartment also has its own separate access directly from the main road.
Upon entering, you’ll find a welcoming living/dining area with a TV corner and wooden furniture. There is also a small, functional kitchenette with electric plates and a refrigerator/freezer. A corridor leads to the sleeping area, where two additional double bedrooms with private bathrooms are located.

The beautifully maintained gardens are spread over two levels and feature a variety of Mediterranean plants. On the upper level of the villa, guests can choose between two terraces to relax and admire the surrounding panorama.
The covered terraces are furnished with padded sofas, sun loungers, and a large dining table for up to 12 people – perfect for al fresco dining. Around the villa, there are numerous outdoor areas, including one shaded by a natural canopy of pine trees, offering privacy for larger groups.
The outdoor spaces are pleasantly furnished with tables and chairs, ideal for relaxing and happy moments. There is also an outdoor shower in the garden to cool off after a swim in the Mediterranean Sea.
