Casa dell'Ambasciatore is developed inside the characteristic hamlet belonging to the descendants of Pope Marcello Cervini, who bought the estate in 1534. The hamlet, located at 900 meters above sea level and surrounded by green trees, includes a suggestive castle designed by Antonio da San Gallo il Giovane and an ancient Romanesque church dating back to the 11th century.
One of the very few properties in Italy to have received the Quiet Stay Certificate from Quiet Park International ( QPI), for its silence and peace.
In this context, rich both from a historical and cultural point of view, and from a naturalistic point of view due to the luxuriant flora and fauna therein, we find four expertly restored dwellings (including Casa di Lilli and Casa di Giulio that you can book together with Casa dell'Ambasciatore in the case of large families or friends), mixing ancient and modern to make them comfortable and at the same time full of charm.Each house has its own outdoor space equipped with tables and chairs, while a beautiful saltwater pool (6x10) is shared among the residences that make up the hamlet.
There is possible to book by paying 40 euros the kit for children which includes: cot with sheets and blanket, changing mat, highchair, baby bathtub and potty, dining set.

Casa dell'Ambasciatore located in Vivo D'orcia is a charming country house standing on its own on the edge of the hamlet, surrounded by a garden and wide stretching views onto open fields and the Monte Amiata in the background.Ground floor: The entrance over the terrace with pergola and dining table leads straight into the large living/dining room with fireplace and open kitchen. French windows lead onto the terrace to one side and into the garden to the other side of the room.A few steps lead down to the two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded (wich can be turned both of them into doubles or twins according to guests'needs); next to the bedrooms there are two bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower. Both bedrooms have French windows into the garden.The salt water shared pool of the estate is 2 minutes on foot from the house.
