Inside a splendid Venetian Villa dating back to the late 1600s, located in the hills surrounding Verona, and surrounded by vineyards and a beautiful park dominated by a swimming pool with a breathtaking view, lies this accommodation — the result of a careful restoration of the Villa’s former stables. Calicantus has its own private fenced garden and a furnished portico, perfect for spending unforgettable evenings while enjoying the peace and atmosphere of this place so rich in history.

In addition to relaxing by the beautiful panoramic swimming pool and the park, the Villa is also an excellent base for visiting Verona (18 km) and the entire Lake Garda area: within only 40–50 km you can easily reach Sirmione, Bardolino, Garda, Limone, Malcesine, Peschiera, and Lazise. Other wonderful art cities are also nearby: Mantua (50 km), Vicenza (40 km), and Venice (100 km). Numerous cycling routes — over 1,000 km of marked trails — allow you to explore the surrounding area, characterized by gentle hills dotted with vineyards and Mediterranean vegetation.

For golf enthusiasts, there are several courses nearby where, thanks to the mild climate influenced by Lake Garda, it is possible to play all year round.
Even in winter, this area is ideal for a wonderful holiday: in addition to the art cities, there are several thermal centers in the surroundings (Giunone Thermal Baths 4 km, Villa dei Cedri 45 km, Sirmione Thermal Baths 50 km).

The house is spread over two floors connected by a staircase. The ground floor features a spacious living room, separate from the kitchen and dining area. On the same floor, there is also a single bedroom and two bathrooms (one guest bathroom and one with a bathtub).On the first floor, there are three large bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds. Air conditioning is available in two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and in the living room. Wi-Fi is available on the ground floor.
