The ground floor offers elegant and functional rooms, including a large kitchen, a beautiful living room with an office area, and a bathroom that can be adapted as a single bedroom. There is also the Garden Suite, overlooking the garden, with a bright and relaxing atmosphere, equipped with a Nespresso machine with capsules, a kettle, and a minibar.

On the mezzanine floor, we find the Family Suite, ideal for up to six adults, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a cozy cinema and games room with a 100-inch screen, 4K projector, and PlayStation 5. Here too, we find a Nespresso machine with capsules, a kettle, and a fridge.

The first floor, the noble part of the building, is divided into two wings. The first includes the Bubble Apartment with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen overlooking a large living room, dining area, and a terrace. The second offers the Royal Suite with a master bedroom equipped with a Nespresso machine with capsules, kettle, and minibar. The terrace and balcony with panoramic views of the garden are the setting that embraces both the Bubble Apartment and the Suite.

Casa 4 Venti is a peaceful retreat nestled in the heart of the garden, designed for quiet reading or simple relaxation. With its vaulted stone ceilings and natural light streaming in through large windows, this cozy space offers a serene atmosphere where time slows down and nature gently becomes part of the experience.

Casa Corte is the annex of the Palazzo, which enjoys total privacy because, in addition to the double bedroom and bathroom, it also has a small kitchenette with a hob, sink, and refrigerator, as well as a microwave, kettle, and Nespresso machine with capsules, and all the necessary equipment for quick lunches or dinners. A small outdoor pool with a comfortable sunbathing area and a terrace at the top of the building complete the spaces of this quiet and secluded corner. Outside, there is a barbecue area, outdoor shower, sofas, and dining table.
