Description
A cosy holiday home on the ground floor with a communal furnished terrace overlooking the sea, an excellent location for barbecuing thanks to the barbecue provided by the host. The interiors are cosy in a nautical theme with fine finishes typical of San Foca, a charming seaside town on the Salento Adriatic coast, a place where staying by the sea means living it to the full, 24 hours a day... The holiday home is beautiful inside and out. It is only 100 metres from the most important white sandy beaches of Salento and 10 metres from the main services such as bars, tobacconists, restaurants and supermarkets.
Interior Description
The spaces are divided into a bedroom with a double bed and a large living area where an additional cot can be placed, a communal laundry area, a fully equipped private kitchen, fridge, oven and TV, and a large bathroom with shower stall and bidet.
