The villa consists of a living room, a separate equipped kitchen with a dining room, a double bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a triple bedroom and a bathroom.

The maximum capacity intended is 6 guests, but additional guests up to a maximum of 12 are charged an extra 15 euros per person per night.
Small animals are allowed at an extra charge of 50 each.
