Interior Description
The entrance opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with a cooktop, range hood, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Next is a welcoming dining area with a living room, perfect for spending quality time together after a day of exploring.
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: a bright double bedroom and a second double bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a hydromassage shower and direct access to the outdoor veranda. The veranda is equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for relaxing outside or enjoying a meal in the sun. There is also a study room and a second bathroom with a shower.
Additional features include a laundry area with a washing machine, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.

A welcome stay in a particularly clean and well equipped apartment.
A beautiful property, spotlessly clean and particularly handy for the station to Cinq Terre. Very efficient and friendly host with the added attraction of secure car parking.

I strongly recommend apartment offered by Maria. It’s really spacious, cosy, well equipped. The patio is marvellous, we spend both nice evening and morning with coffee. There is also quite big balcony, when you can spend time and relax. Maria is a perfect host. She was extremely helpful, in case of any questions, Maria was available immediately. Indeed, there some steps to take and it might be a little challenge with luggage, but step by step you will get to the apartment. We were going through them at least twice a day and it’s not a big problem. We arrive on the day of railway strike, Maria was with us online, advising the solution. When we finally got to La Spezia, she also arrived for us and look our luggage. Summarising it was really comfortable apartment and the best in class host.

Maria und ihr Mann sind wahrlich tolle Gastgeber. Die Wohnung hat all unsere Bedürfnisse erfüllt. Sie hatte alles, was wir brauchten: eine Waschmaschine und auch Platz, um die Kleidung aufzuhängen, einen Wäscheständer, eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Mikrowelle, einen Kühlschrank, ein Gefrierfach, eine Spülmaschine, Platz zum Kochen und auch Platz, um unsere Mahlzeiten einzunehmen. Die Küche ist zwar etwas klein, aber das hinderte uns nicht daran, uns zu bewegen und zu kochen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht: Besteck, Töpfe, Teller, Tassen – alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Die Wohnung liegt auch ganz in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums, mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, sowohl Bus als auch Bahn, sodass man sogar nach Cinque Terre fahren kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, um Lebensmittel einzukaufen, und auch gute Restaurants sind ebenfalls in der Nähe – eine wirklich ausgezeichnete Lage.

We were Maria's first guests. Very polite and nice owner. Very well equipped apartment in a quiet area. everything you need for a short and long vacation. In addition, one covered terrace and one outside.... great for warm evenings.
