Placed inside a residence with shared swimming pool (10 x 15 x 1.50), the apartment is located a few minutes from the center and the sea and is an excellent starting point to explore the area rich in natural beauty, unspoiled nature and crystal clear sea.
A small private garden, equipped with outdoor shower and barbecue, allows, through an external staircase, access to the apartment located on the second floor.
In the area the possibility, for fans, to practice water sports, snorkeling and diving, but also boat trips, horseback riding and much more.

Schicke Ferienwohnung auf Sardinien für 2-6 Personen.
Das Appartment liegt im Obergeschoss einer Doppelhaushälfte in einer Siedlung von Ferienhäusern am Ortsrand. Zum schönen Strand sind es zu Fuß 10min. Es stehen zwei Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Ein kleiner Gartenanteil ist vorhanden, der nicht so geschickt liegt, ist vorhanden. Zu erwähnen ist vielmehr die große Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick. Der zentrale Pool steht zur Verfügung für mehrere Ferienhäuser. Zwei Bäder, ein großes Bad. Sowie ein kleineres Bad welches zu dem großen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und großen Schränken gehört. Dazu ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit zwei Stockbetten (4 Schlafmöglichkeiten). Die gut ausgestattete Wohnküche bietet hervorragende Möglichkeiten sich selbst zu versorgen. Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfachanteil. Insgesamt alles sehr sauber. Der sehr freundliche Vermieter mit seiner Ehefrau ist telefonisch und auf Whatsapp gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation auf Google-Translator unproblematisch.
