A typical Sardinian stone village with flats set in well-kept gardens, an excellent starting point for countless excursions and very close to the beach.

Shared use of the swimming pool. Only 150 metres away is the nearby beach, surrounded by a thick pine forest with a fitness trail, and 500 metres away is the village centre.

Although they belong to the same type, they may differ in terms of furnishings and equipment.

NB: €50 for failure to clean kitchenette and €50 for failure to dispose of waste to be paid on site. AMERICAN COFFEE MACHINE: €2.00 per night.

Not to be missed in the surroundings: the Bear Rock, an iconic granite formation and symbol of Palau. The panoramic view from the top is breathtaking and perfect for photos. The waters around Palau and the Maddalena archipelago are perfect for snorkelling and scuba diving, with seabeds rich in marine life, including colourful fish, corals and other marine organisms.
