San Teodoro Apartments

The flat is located in a well-maintained complex with a park-like garden in the very popular resort of San Teodoro, a lively and mundane centre of Sardinia. It is the starting point for reaching the most beautiful and renowned beaches.
All flats are equipped with washing machine, air conditioning, hairdryer, electric and microwave oven. They can be on the ground floor with a large furnished veranda, or on the first floor with a terrace (table and chairs), to enjoy the greenery surrounding the complex.

Although the flats are of the same type, they may differ in terms of furnishings and equipment.
There is a penalty of € 50.00 for failure to clean the kitchenette and a further € 50.00 for failure to dispose of waste. AMERICAN COFFEE MACHINE: €2.00 per night.

For group bookings, the deposit required for each apartment will be between €400.00 and €600.00, at the discretion of the property manager.
