Brucoli is a charming fishing village on the eastern coast of Sicily, in the municipality of Augusta, in the province of Syracuse. It is an ideal destination for those who love the sea, authentic villages, delicious local cuisine and excursions to discover the beauty of Sicily.

The owner lives in the other unit of the semi-detached villa and, while fully respecting guests' privacy, is available to offer advice and assistance whenever needed. Both units have their own private entrance.

To make your stay even more special, a private chef service and cooking classes can be arranged upon request and at an additional cost, offering the opportunity to discover and savour local culinary traditions.

Please note:
Inside the property, there is a staircase leading to the upper terrace. This terrace is not accessible to guests, and the access door remains locked.
Bookings from groups of young people are not accepted.

Arranged entirely on one level, the property features a living room with heating and cooling air conditioning and direct access to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms: a double bedroom with heating and cooling air conditioning and a private en-suite bathroom with shower; a second air-conditioned double bedroom with direct access to the garden; and a third air-conditioned bedroom furnished with two single beds.
There is also a second bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and a separate guest toilet
