Amelia is a charming country house in the heart of Tuscany, located in Casole d’Elsa, surrounded by the peace and beauty of nature and just 4 km from the picturesque historic centre of the village.

The property is set within extensive green grounds, ideal for walks, hiking, trekking and mountain biking, offering guests the opportunity to rediscover the pleasure of experiencing the Tuscan countryside in close contact with nature.

The swimming pool is fenced and located in front of the main house. It is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs and parasols. Thanks to its excellent exposure, it is the perfect place to relax throughout the day and enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the Tuscan countryside.

A spacious covered veranda provides the ideal setting for outdoor lunches and dinners.

The interiors retain all the charm of a traditional Tuscan farmhouse, thoughtfully reinterpreted to offer comfort and a welcoming atmosphere. Amelia is a place where history, nature and tradition come together, offering guests an intimate and authentic stay in the beautiful landscape of the Sienese countryside.

The property is reached via approximately 1 km of unpaved road. The road is not particularly steep; however, we recommend driving slowly and carefully, as is generally advisable on country roads.

The main house is arranged over two floors, which are not internally connected.

Ground-floor apartment: kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, laundry room, and 2 double bedrooms.

First-floor apartment: living room, 2 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower, plus 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (walk-through room), and an additional bathroom with shower.
