In the farmhouse, on the ground floor, a large room that is used for parties, with a large fireplace and a long table, for sharing and tasting the wine of our production in company, together with its oil obtained with ancient methods.

On the first floor of the structure the wonderful suite will allow you to spend a relaxing stay thanks to its breathtaking view of the Cortonese valley. The apartment has a large fully equipped kitchen, sofa (transformable if necessary into a sofa bed), and tv. The room, bright and refined, is complete with a double bed and a bed at the French which you can use as a sofa as well as en suite bathroom with shower.
A second apartment complete with a fully equipped kitchen and characterized by a brick wall, has two large double bedrooms, one of which with an additional single bed. The apartment has a small internal patio to enjoy moments of relaxation perhaps reading a good book. There is a bathroom with shower.

SECOND FLOOR:
2 apartments reachable through an internal stone staircase, both include a living area with equipped kitchenette, sofa and TV. Double bedroom with additional single bed and complete with ensuite bathroom with shower. They boast unparalleled panoramic views due to their strategic location overlooking the surrounding valley.



DEPENDANCE: The wonderful annex with independent entrance includes a living area with fully equipped kitchen sofa, TV and working fireplace. It has a double bedroom with direct access to the garden through a bright window, a double room (if necessary the two single beds can be joined to create a double bed) and two bathrooms with shower. It is also equipped with a small storage room. The outdoor area has tables and chairs to enjoy moments of relaxation perhaps while sipping a glass of wine.

INDEPENDENT APARTMENTS:

Reachable via a majestic stone outdoor staircase, the apartment has a balcony complete with table and chairs so you can relax during cool summer evenings while sipping a glass of wine. The apartment has a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and complete with stone sink typical of peasant houses. It is also equipped with a sofa (which can be transformed into a sofa-bed), tv and fireplace. The two double bedrooms are cool and bright and complete with wardrobe. The apartment consists of two bathrooms with shower.

Equipped with a beautiful outdoor patio with breathtaking views of the garden and the Cortonese hill, the apartment, completely independent, allows guests to preserve their privacy and enjoy moments of absolute relaxation. The interiors preserve the traditional Tuscan style with terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams and stone walls that, combining with modern elements, gives an undisputed charm to the environment.
