Podere La Botte is a beautiful, independent country house, surrounded by greenery and enclosed within a large outdoor area of about 15,000 m². Outside, there is a 15 m² above-ground swimming pool (the pool is currently under construction – sample photo), equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
The furnished veranda, complete with comfortable sofas, a table, and chairs, is perfect for dining outdoors, relaxing, or enjoying pleasant moments together.
The property offers a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for those who want to spend a vacation surrounded by nature but close to places of interest such as: Lari (2 km), Peccioli (18 km), Lajatico (25 km), San Miniato (33km), Volterra (40km), Vinci (45km), San Gimignano (50km), Pisa (30km), Florence (70km), the Etruscan Riviera (40km), and Casciana Terme (10km).
The outdoor areas are carefully maintained and designed for fully enjoying life in the open air. In the adjacent grounds, guests can observe farmyard animals and goats, adding an authentic and charming touch to the experience.
The owners live nearby, with a completely separate entrance, and guarantee full respect for the guests’ privacy.
Small pets are allowed, provided they are accustomed to the presence of other dogs in the area. There are three guard dogs on the property next to Podere Botte
Access to the property is via a short stretch of dirt road of approximately 100 meters.
