Raised entrance with steps. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a spacious living room with TV and direct access to the outdoor areas. On the ground floor there is a games room with table football. A spiral staircase connects the different levels of the house. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and shower. Air conditioning in all rooms.
