Description
As for recreational activities, you will have a ping-pong table available, perfect for fun matches with friends or family, as well as an indoor billiard table and a well-equipped gym featuring a treadmill, a weight bench, and dumbbells. In addition, the parking lot with parking space for 5 cars will provide you with easy access to the facility and the convenience of having your vehicle safe during your stay.
PLEASE NOTE: It should be noted that on the ground floor and thus the dining room, kitchen, TV room and billiards room, there is no air conditioning but the rooms remain cool as it is a historic mansion with thick walls and high ceilings
In the rooms, on the other hand, there is hot and cold air system. Noise panels in interior spaces.
Fishing and birdwatching enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby lake area. Organize fishing/tourism boat trips, cast your fishing pole and catch impressive fish. Ornithologists will also be able to observe many species of birds.
The beach is a short drive away. Rent beach chairs and build sand castles with your friends. Then dive into the waves and get carried away, reaching the most desirable destinations.

Rental Week: 07 Jul 2025
Wir waren im Juli 2025 mit 9 Personen in dem Anwesen. Von Anfang bis Ende hat alles super funktioniert, die Betreuung vor Ort war hervorragend der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, die Kollegin (Monica) vor Ort stand immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist für italienische Verhältnisse in einem sehr guten Zustand, der Umstand das jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat macht das haus absolut interessant für gemeinsame Urlaube mehrerer Pärchen da man immer die Möglichkeit hat sich in sein eigenes Reich zurück zu ziehen.
Die Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichen und durch den Billardtisch, Pool und Tischtennisplatte wird einem auch vor Ort nie langweilig. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt man ist alleine etwas erhöht am Berg mit einer tollen Aussicht, verkehrstechnisch sehr gut angebunden und im Bedarfsfall erreicht man auch zu Fuß ein Lokal oder ähnliches in Massarossa. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten. Danke nochmal an Monica für den tollen Service vor Ort.
Rental Week: 29 May 2025
Wir (6 Erwachsende und 4 Kinder) waren Ende Mai für 10 Tage in Massarosa, in einem sehr schönen Feriendomizil. Schon der Erste Eindruck war, nach einer holprigen Zufahrt, atemberaubend. Wir haben uns alle in das liebevoll restaurierte Haus, mit großzügigen 400 qm und einem wunderschönen Garten mit Pool verliebt. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Monica & Massimo hat wunderbar geklappt.
Die Aussicht vom Garten ist bei Tag und Nacht toll.
Fazit – wir würden gleich wieder hinfahren! Vielen Dank.
We (6 adults, 4 kids) stayed in the beautiful property in Massarosa end of May for 10 days. The way to the property was a bit bumpy, but therefore you can enjoy an amzing view from the garden, day and night! We fell in love with the well renovated and spacious villa and the beautiful garden. The management on site was perfectly organized by Monica & Massimo. We would come again! Thank you.
Rental Week: 07 Aug 2023
This villa is simply magical. So much charm and history, with some of the most amazing views in Tuscany. The home is older but has all of the charm you’d expect from a European renovated home. We stayed with a family of seven people, including two children. The pool was a great touch as well. The home is not walking distance to anything, so you’ll need to have a car if you plan on staying here. I will definitely come back!
