A spacious covered patio with sofas and a dining table invites you to share lunches and dinners outdoors, while the panoramic terrace on the upper floor offers stunning views of the Tuscan countryside.

The location is ideal for exploring some of the area's most captivating destinations: the Abbey of San Galgano and the Sword in the Stone, the Petriolo Thermal Baths, the medieval village of Chiusdino, and the Alto Merse Nature Reserve. Siena, Montalcino, Massa Marittima, and the Val d'Orcia can also be reached in less than an hour by car.

Upon request, it is possible to arrange excursions to discover the local area, horseback riding, weddings, ceremonies, and private events.

The villa is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, it offers a bright open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, and a toilet. On the upper floor, there is a double bedroom with a panoramic terrace, a cozy sitting room/study, and a bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning only in the first-floor double bedroom.
