Its location between Florence and Siena makes it easy to reach all the main tourist destinations: Florence at 30 minutes and Siena at 20 minutes. Close to smaller villages such as San Gimignano and Radda in Chianti.
The outdoor spaces are characterised by a large lawn garden with stone walls. There is a beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage area, varying in depth from 0.50 to 1.4 metres. The pool is surrounded by a wooden floor and equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. On the opposite side of the pool is a beautiful pergola equipped with table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts and nearby a wood-burning oven and brick barbecue.

Interior Description
The restoration of the property has created a comfortable environment, where one can enjoy the spaces in freedom and share moments in company, always immersed in the wonderful light and views that can be appreciated from every room.

An internal staircase leads to the first floor where there is the sleeping area consisting of 2 double bedrooms each with bathroom with bath, 1 twin bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and access also from the old external staircase.
The dependance is a special structure, created with the open concept of the living spaces, it allows a direct connection between the dining room and the living room and is characterised by large windows without curtains that allow you to live inside as if you were on the lawn on the ground floor.
