The strategic position at the gates of San Gimignano will allow you to easily reach the Chianti region at about 16km, Siena at about 25km or Florence only 30km away. You can also easily reach Certaldo about 10km away, the well-known medieval town of Boccaccio, the historic centre is well maintained and during the summer months very active with various initiatives.

Animals are welcome and in the vicinity of the flat there is a large area where they can have fun. Covered parking space and outdoor parking are available for guests.

An excellent base for exploring Tuscany and discovering its food and traditions. Don't miss the nearby villages' markets, wine fairs and typical festivals all year round.

The interior spaces of this delightful detached terratetto are characterised by two levels:
