In hilly position, at half an hour by car and train from Florence (the train station is 800 meters from the property), 10 minutes from the Mugello racetrack and the "Poggio dei Medici" Golf & Country Club, Villa dei Marchesi awaits you in the green Tuscan countryside, at the foot of the Apennines. The Villa is an excellent opportunity for those who want to spend their holidays in the countryside but close to all the amenities and centers of greatest interest; it can in fact be a starting point for exploring the Mugello area, but also a base for visiting the art cities of Tuscany and Romagna.
The villa, dating back to the 1700s and recently renovated, is on several levels and includes 6 autonomous units for a total of 26 seats; however, it can also be rented for 20 beds, closing the two apartments on the top floor. The furnishing is finely cared for in detail, ensuring the atmosphere and authenticity of an eighteenth-century villa, with stylish furniture and antique elements. The structure lends itself very well to being rented as a unique environment as on the ground floor we find a large dining room where you can comfortably eat all together, while on the first floor there is a fully equipped common professional kitchen.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful and charming Italian garden with its statues and hedges, centuries-old trees and the adjacent original private chapel. In this fabulous context we also find the beautiful infinity pool (6m.x11m., Prof. 150), for the exclusive use of guests, with a shallow water area for children and a relaxation corner with whirlpool. The park is also equipped with a gazebo, armchairs, tables and chairs, where guests can relax for an aperitif or dine outdoors, also taking advantage of the barbecue available to them.
