Description
Surrounded by a large, well-kept and lush garden, characterised by olive trees and magnolias, the property offers guests an enclosed private swimming pool (12 x 6), equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas to ensure maximum relaxation, overlooking the Sienese hills.
Completely restored and divided into two flats joined together and finely furnished, the spaces will be for the exclusive use of the guests so as to guarantee maximum privacy. At your disposal: two outdoor areas furnished with table and chairs for eating or working outdoors, table tennis corner available for the little ones, and also barbecues for cooking together and spending unforgettable moments.
Choose this independent house to relax in the beautiful territory of Tuscany. From the property you can easily reach Siena (43min) and Florence (1h ). You should definitely visit the nearby towns of Volterra, Monteriggioni or the Chianti hills for a complete experience. San Gimignano is a Unesco heritage site and is also crossed by the historic Via Francigena, perfect for a walk in the Tuscan countryside.

Interior Description
On the ground floor we find a large living room furnished with a sofa, table and chairs, television. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the necessary utensils (coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster) with table and chairs. Utility room with washing machine and iron.
On the first floor is the second living room, which is furnished with a comfortable sofa. The second well-equipped kitchen (oven, mocha, microwave) with exit to the balcony furnished with a small table and two chairs, ideal for enjoying a coffee overlooking the panorama.
The sleeping area consists of 4 rooms with private bathroom: 2 double rooms with bathroom with shower and 2 twin rooms with bathroom with shower.
The entire structure is equipped with wifi internet.

We hebben van een zeer fijne vakantie genoten. Een fantastische locatie om te verblijven. De woning is authentiek en vol charme. De 4 slaapkamers hebben elk hun badkamer, wat zeer praktisch is.
De tuin , zwembad omringd door een olijfgaard, zijn wonder mooi.
De gastheren Victoria en Marina zorgen voor een warm ontvangst.

Vidunderligt ophold for 3 generationer.
Skøn Toscansk villa med perfekte 4 værelser , alle med eget bad og toilet.
Pænt og rent. God stor pool. Rigtig god beliggenhed, tilbagetrukket fra byen, med gåafstand til centrum.
Det meget gæstfrie ældre ægtepar, der ejer villa, bor i eget hus på grunden. De holder sig i baggrunden og er meget søde og imødekommende. De sætter en ære i, at vi får det bedste ophold og det lykkedes 100 %.

Charming Place - Charming Owners
This beautiful villa has gorgeous views and is within walking distance of San Gimignano. It was a great base for our day trips to Florence and Chianti.
The owners are very gracious and helpful. For instance - we wanted to find a nice restaurant with a view of San Gimignano from outside the town. Vittorio and Marina actually led us to the restaurant in their car, stopping to show us some local places of interest and areas to get good photos. We appreciated their hospitality.

Great Villa close to San Gimignano
On our arrival, Vittorio and Marina were there to welcome us - they were very helpful during our stay and recommended several great resturants. We stayed for a week in the downstairs villa which is fantastic and well maintained - the pictures of it do not do it justice.

Best place in Tuscany!
It's our last night in Tuscany and our whole family is so sad to be leaving this Tuscan paradise. Not only is the location the best for traveling throughout Toscana and Umbria, but also it's an amazing house that makes you want to stay and just enjoy the world around it! Seriously, we have taken pics of the house to try to recreate it in South Carolina where we live! It's a great home, and Vittorio and Marina are wonderful hosts! We were travelling with 5 kids and 2 adults and used both parts of the house. It was a wonderful oasis to come back to after our day trips throughout the region. Many thanks to Vittorio and Marina for an amazing stay and we hope to be back SOON!
