Nestled in the peaceful Tuscan countryside, this farmhouse was created from the skilful restoration of a historic manor house, now divided into five welcoming independent apartments. The property, a 6.5-hectare family-run farm, is mainly cultivated with olive groves, orchards and cereals, while the vegetable garden and farmyard animals keep alive a rural tradition handed down through generations.

Just 1.5 km from the sea and overlooking the Rimigliano Nature Park, the property is the ideal place for those seeking contact with nature, simplicity and the authenticity of country life.

One of its highlights is the swimming pool surrounded by greenery, acacia trees, aromatic plants and seasonal flowers. Nearby, guests will find a children’s playground, a relaxing outdoor area with a Jacuzzi hot tub, a padel court and a restaurant. The old carriage house, equipped with a traditional wood-fired oven, together with the veranda and barbecue area, offers the perfect setting for convivial evenings and good food.

The proximity to the Tyrrhenian Sea allows guests to reach the beach comfortably by bicycle, crossing the Rimigliano Park that borders approximately 10 km of free beach. The ancient pine forest invites you to enjoy walks, trekking and jogging, while picnic areas equipped with tables, facilities and shaded spots are ideal for relaxing breaks. A dedicated dog beach is also available for four-legged companions.

The surrounding area is rich in parks and protected landscapes of the Val di Cornia, including the Populonia necropolis, the Rocca di Campiglia, Il Calidario and the Terme Valle del Sole.

From here it is easy to explore on foot the charming medieval villages of the Etruscan Coast, and thanks to the nearby ports of San Vincenzo and Piombino, the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago can be reached with ease.
