Typical Tuscan farmhouse completely fenced in, quiet and panoramic position. Quiet and panoramic position with garden and swimming pool (3x7mt. 1,30) above ground for the exclusive use of guests. Perfect for those who love close contact with nature and complete privacy. Meadows full of spontaneous aromatic herbs with many olive trees on organic land where you can also practise barefoot walking therapy and come into close contact with nature.

Don't expect great material luxury, the environment is very rustic but the luxury is being able to take a holiday in close contact with nature and experience a healthy life of bygone times, in complete solitude, immersed in silence, awoken by the chirping of birds and far from everything that pollutes and disturbs, as well as in the company of a sweet little horse (Chiara) kept in her enclosure inside the property, and every now and then the caretaker will be on site for maintenance.

Uzzano is a small and characteristic village located in the province of Pistoia, Tuscany, Italy. Despite its small size, it offers various activities and places of interest for visitors. Close to Uzzano is the famous spa town of Montecatini Terme. It is also close to many other interesting Tuscan cities such as Lucca, Pistoia and Florence, which are easy to reach for day trips.

Casa Di Elda has a separate entrance and is situated on two floors.

On the ground floor you will find the living room furnished with a sofa and TV and a table for dining together, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking, and the well-equipped kitchen.

Also on the ground floor are a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom.

Going up the stairs to the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

Small pets are welcome, internet available for guests, washing machine available.
