Boheme With Beach & Breakfast Included In Viareggio is a wonderful apartment located on the famous Art Nouveau promenade of Viareggio, facing the sea.
Included in the price: breakfast, entrance to La Pace beach resort, facing the building, with one beach umbrella, two deck chairs and entrance to the pool from 01/05 to 30/09 and one free welcome drink per person (valid only on the day of arrival) in high and very high season only
From the condominium Terrace overlooking the beach every evening you can admire the sunset with a view that sweeps from the Gulf of Poets to the island of Gorgona; behind it the scenery of the Apuan Alps, with the marble of Carrara to remind us of Michelangelo, Bernini, Canova and all the most important Italian sculptors.
Parking is available on the street in adjacent areas with a daily rate agreed upon with the municipality.
