Yes, we have representatives who visit the property, and we are present in: Liguria, Tuscany, Umbria, Lazio, Marche, Emilia-Romagna, Calabria, Puglia, Sardinia, Veneto, Lake Garda, Trentino-Alto Adige, and Friuli-Venezia Giulia. We can reach any other region or location in Italy.
In some areas (Florence, Chianti, Siena, San Gimignano, Montaione, Pistoia and its province, Versilia, and many others) we can complement our commercial distribution with additional services. In other regions, we work with trusted specialized companies.
Income estimates come from a careful market analysis, which can only be done after visiting the property.
Geco Vacation Rentals has developed a distribution platform that, in addition to connecting with over 80 online channels, also provides access to dozens of specialized agencies that work with us from different parts of the world.
There are no promotional costs. We set the owner’s rates and apply a markup that is used to pay the various distribution channels, travel agencies, our partners, and, of course, ourselves.

It is practically impossible for this to yield more profit, because you would still have to pay commissions to the portals, set up a technological platform comparable to ours to achieve the same sales performance, and ultimately you or your staff would need to handle channel management, bookings, guest queries, any complaints, and the administrative aspects of paying commissions to various channels and collecting payments.
We always advise owners who wish to rent their properties for tourism purposes to subscribe to an insurance policy covering potential damages caused by guests. In any case, we require all guests to pay a security deposit at check-in, which acts as both a deterrent and a means of covering small damages.
