On the ground floor, there is a living area with a lounge, a bright veranda, and a double bedroom. The master bathroom on this floor includes a freestanding bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, and bathrobes. Custom-built kitchen with hob, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. Washing machine also provided. On the first floor, there is a dining room and fully equipped kitchen. A second double bedroom, elegant bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet, and bidet. An internal staircase leads to the private attic, where there is a third double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
