In the heart of Chianti, in an elegant and refined setting where you can enjoy the splendid Tuscan landscape, Luxury Ponente offers the originality of a unique, warm and welcoming place.

The 9 bedrooms can accommodate up to 16 people. The structure has 8 bathrooms, large common areas and, above all, huge outdoor spaces for moments of happy conviviality, get-togethers, ceremonies, business opportunities and much more.
The Villa is surrounded by the vineyards of the property where an excellent Chianti is produced.
Outside, a beautiful, very large infinity pool and a second heart-shaped pool will refresh the hot summer days by giving you relaxation in the solarium area with a verdant garden, sun loungers and a large wooden gazebo where you can also have lunch or dinner or indulge in your favorite hobbies such as reading, writing or simply a chat with friends, an aperitif or a cocktail in the moonlight. Also outside are a barbecue area and a picnic area.
You will be very close to the art cities of Florence, Siena and Arezzo. The area also has important natural attractions such as the Valdarno and the Valle dell’Inferno and Bandella regional nature reserve. The Ponte a Buriano and Penna nature reserve is also not far away.
The Florence Peretola airport is about an hour away by car.

On the ground floor we have a large living room with a large oven, a kitchen, a bathroom and a double bedroom.
On the first floor the bedrooms each with its own bathroom all around a central hall.
A second floor was then created with another double bedroom with bathroom and another living room.
Terracotta floors, brick arches, stone stairs and exposed beams are the characterizing elements. The lime-based colors are conceived in a harmonious way without giving rise to drastic changes of scene, creating a single common thread throughout the house.
